Craig Biggio and the Houston Astros both came up short today in the final game of their three game series against the Chicago White Sox.
The Astros dropped the game 6-3 and Biggio went 0-4 fromt he plate, with one strike out.
His career hits total remainds at 2980, with his batting average dropping to .223.
Tomorrow they face the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field for a makeup game from the April 11 snowout.

Craig Biggio did not start in the Houston Astros 3-2 wins over the Chicago White Sox.
He came into the game in the 8th inning as a pinch runner for Luke Scott.
He never got to the plate. As a result, his career hit total remainded at 2980.
The third game in the series will be at 1:05pm on Sunday.

Craig Biggio went 1-5 with one home run as the Houston Astros defeated the Chicago White Sox 5-2 in Chicago. He played the designated hitter in the game, as they were playing in an American League ballpark.
Biggio tagged a home run in the 1st inning to raise his career hit total to 2980.
