July 6: New York Mets: 1 Hit, 3012 Career Total

Craig Biggio and the Houston Astros faced off against the New York Mets in the second game of their four game series. This series will be the last for both teams before the All Star Break.

Biggio went 1 for 4 in the Astros 4-0 win over the New York Mets, giving him 3012 career hits. He played seven full innings and was replaced in the top of the eighth inning at second base by mark Loretta.

Game three of the series will be at 6:05pm tomorrow.
